EDUCATION LEADER

• Partner with church leaders, clergy, worship committees, and music directors to assess and strengthen existing worship, music, and arts ministries

• Provide practical tools, strategies, and creative concepts for enhancing worship across traditional, blended, contemporary, and convergent settings

• Equip worship leaders and ministry teams to design vital, theologically grounded, and engaging worship experiences

• Offer guidance to congregations navigating changes in worship style, introducing new services, or expanding existing worship opportunities

• Help leaders thoughtfully engage congregations through seasons of transition while honoring history, identity, culture, and emerging ministry needs

• Provide insight into convergent worship—the intentional integration of historic Christian worship practices with contemporary expressions to create meaningful opportunities for participation, spiritual formation, and engagement with the presence of God

ADMINISTRATION & MINISTRY LEADERSHIP

• Oversee the planning, coordination, communication, and implementation of worship music and arts ministries

• Collaborate in weekly worship planning for multiple and stylistically diverse services

• Participate in worship leadership and service leadership rotations

• Coordinate musicians, directors, accompanists, clergy, staff, technical teams, and volunteers

• Develop and administer ministry budgets and oversee responsible expenditures
